Never arrived, went to spam, typed the wrong address, new laptop — all of it ends up here. You always get the same key back, never a second one.
Retrieve your licence
Once you have it
Open Folding Mirror → Settings → Licence and paste the whole string. It is over 200 characters and must not be broken across lines; if that is a nuisance, download the .fmlicense file and pick it instead.
A new machine
The same key, pasted in again. One key runs on 3 machines at once, counted across macOS, Windows and Linux together, and there is no slot to free first — when a 4th machine appears, the one you have used least stops receiving updates and otherwise carries on working. You never have to write in about it.
Does the key expire?
No. A purchase carries a year of updates; when that year runs out Folding Mirror goes on working on the last version it is entitled to, and never turns read-only. Renewing only buys newer versions — the pricing page has the terms.
