Never arrived, went to spam, typed the wrong address, new laptop — all of it ends up here. You always get the same key back, never a second one.
Retrieve your licence
Once you have it
Open Folding Mirror → Settings → Licence and paste the whole string. It is over 200 characters and must not be broken across lines; if that is a nuisance, download the .fmlicense file and pick it instead.
Nothing comes back?
Write to [email protected] with your order number and one is issued by hand.
